In Year 3, we have challenged ourselves to 'Read to the Moon' by the end of Year 3. We recruit all children, and adults alike, to read read read!!
This can be children reading to parents, grandparents, siblings and vice versa. Once a week, all pages will be collected and counted towards our space reading journey. Each page will represent 1km towards the journey to the moon. Please ask your child all about this exciting adventure and keep encouraging them to read all types of text - whether this be a book, newspaper, magazine or even subtitles on TV!
At the end of year 3, if our challenge is complete, we will be contacting Blue Peter to inform them of what we have achieved.
