Spellings
Across the whole school more emphasis will be placed upon spellings.
As you are aware every Monday class 4 pupils have a spelling test. To further boost results if pupils score less than 60% in this test these spellings will be sent home again and the test will be retaken later in the week (Wednesday).
If pupils achieve more than 60% new spellings will be given out Wednesday ready for a new test Monday morning.

At the bottom of the class page there is a document highlighting 200 high frequency words that pupils should be able to read, write and spell.
