Design and Technology Overview
Design and technology is a creative and practical subject which gives children the opportunity to make real products, making their learning tangible and relevant to them. In Design and Technology, children are given the opportunity to be creative in designing, making, evaluating as well as exploring and learning technical knowledge. Through the process of designing, making and evaluating, children learn key skills which helps to prepare them for life in a rapidly changing world.
