This half term our English work has linked to our topic 'The Stone Age to the Iron Age'. We have read a book called 'The Stone Age Boy' by Satoshi Kitamura and based our writing for this half term around it. We have written our own stories, imagining that the Stone Age girl has landed in the present day!

 

We have also written some diamante poems with the theme of the Stone Age. 

  • Spelling Shed We will be using Spelling Shed to complete our spelling homework. Spelling homework will be set every Friday and the children will be tested on their spellings in school on a Friday morning using the Spelling Shed app.
