BREAKING NEWS

 

Year 6 have been trying their hand at paleontology. They discovered bones hidden within the excavation block that they were given and had a go at extracting the delicate bones from the block using tools and brushes. We also found a dinosaur that had been frozen in time!

 

All of the children discussed methods that they would use and what they would do differently next time to ensure that the objects stayed in tact. We discussed the difficulty of the job of a paleontologist and how patience is key!
