Why is Greek pottery so important to historians and archeologists?
This week, we furthered our learning on modern and ancient Greece, by looking at Greek artefacts, in particular pottery.
The children have started creating their own Greek style pots using the pinch and roll method. They have been looking at the shape and design of different pots and will follow this by painting and decorating their pot with their own Greek myth/ story relating to the use of the pot that they have created.
