  • Free Early Education for 3 and 4 year olds Oldham Council Website - "The Free Entitlement offers universal free nursery education from the term following your child’s third birthday until they reach compulsory school age."
  • 30 Hours Free Childcare Oldham Council Website - How to apply. "Many working parents of three and four year olds in Oldham will be eligible for 30 hours of free childcare per week.
